2.5 No Guarantees (Results)

While many clients experience deep transformation, emotional relief, clarity, and breakthrough results, Rewire & Rise cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results vary for each individual and depend on factors such as readiness, commitment, and follow-through.

3. RARE Guarantee & Refund Policy (Rewire & Rise Experience)

3.1 14-Day 100% Fit Guarantee
RARE includes a 14-Day 100% Money-Back Fit Guarantee. If, within the first 14 days of your RARE start date, you feel the mentorship is not the right fit, you may request a 100% refund.

RARE start date means the date of your first 1:1 session.

3.2 Eligibility (to keep it fair and meaningful)
To qualify for the Fit Guarantee, you must have:
a) attended Session 1 and Session 2 (your weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions), and
b) completed the agreed Week 1 Workbook section and Weekly Breakthrough Tracker actions discussed in Session 1.

3.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the Fit Guarantee, email hello@rewireandrise.com within the 14-day window with:

• your full name, and

• a statement that you wish to use the 14-Day Fit Guarantee.

3.4 Refund Processing
If approved, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for RARE (including any deposit or first instalment, if applicable). Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3.5 After the Guarantee Window
After 14 days, refunds are not available for change of mind. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

This guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
